Privacy Policy
What is collected when you write, what it is used for, and how to have it deleted.

What is collected
If you use the form on this site, you are asked for your name, your email address, optionally a phone number, what your message is about, and the message itself. Nothing else is collected, and you are never asked for payment details anywhere on this website.
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. Those exist to keep the site online and secure. They are not tied to your message.
What it is used for
Your details are used to read and answer your message, and to carry on any conversation that follows from it. That is the whole purpose.
You will not be added to a mailing list. Your information is not sold, rented or traded, and it is not passed to anyone else for their marketing.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. If you would rather yours were deleted immediately, say so and it will be.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to help@williamjackson.com and the request will be actioned within thirty days.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses only what is needed to make pages load and the form work. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party profiling.
Visitor numbers are counted in aggregate, without cookies and without building a profile of you.
Donations
Donations are handled entirely by PayPal on their own systems. No card or bank details ever reach this site, and none are stored here. PayPal’s own privacy terms govern anything you enter there.
Questions
Anything you want to ask about this policy, or about how your information is handled, can be sent to help@williamjackson.com.
